These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website and services provided by Simone Leslie ("we", "us", "our"), including all programmes, courses, digital products, and coaching services offered through this website.

By accessing this website or purchasing any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

All services provided by Simone Leslie are for coaching and educational purposes only. They are not therapy, counselling, medical treatment, psychological diagnosis, or a substitute for professional medical or mental health advice.

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or require clinical support, please contact a qualified healthcare professional or emergency services.

Called to More™ and Get Your SHIP Together™: Payment is required at the time of enrolment. Access to programme materials is granted upon successful payment.

Spirit-Led Neuro Mastermind™: Applications are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. A refundable $100 AUD deposit is required to secure your application. If your application is accepted, you may choose to pay in full or via an approved payment plan. If your application is not accepted, your deposit will be refunded in full.

All prices are listed in AUD unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Called to More™ 7-Day Neuro Reset: A satisfaction guarantee applies as outlined on the programme page. If you complete the programme in full and do not experience meaningful progress, you may request a refund within the stated timeframe.

Spirit-Led Neuro Mastermind™: Application deposits are refundable if your application is not accepted. Once accepted and enrolled, refund terms will be outlined in your enrolment agreement. Due to the limited and premium nature of the experience, cancellations after acceptance may not be eligible for a full refund.

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, programme materials, frameworks, and methodologies — is the intellectual property of Simone Leslie and is protected by Australian and international copyright law.

Our services are provided "as is" and we make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes or results. Individual results may vary based on effort, circumstances, and other factors.

We respect the privacy of all programme participants. Any personal information shared during coaching, group sessions, or applications will be treated as confidential and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Participants in group programmes and the Mastermind are expected to maintain the confidentiality of other participants' personal stories and experiences.

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the website in any way that breaches applicable local, national, or international law
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website
• Use automated systems to extract data from the website

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our website and services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
